1. Website use
By using this website, you agree to these terms. Website content, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Exalt Infrastructure and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. Quotations and estimates
Quotes and cost estimates are indicative until a detailed site assessment, measurement and final specification are complete. They are also subject to site conditions, access, civil readiness, GST and applicable taxes. Unless stated otherwise, quotations are valid for 30 days.
3. Project agreements
Project work is governed by a written agreement signed by both parties. It will set out the scope, materials, programme, milestones, payment schedule, warranty terms and applicable force-majeure and dispute-resolution clauses.
4. Warranty
Workmanship warranties are set out in the relevant project agreement. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use; it does not cover misuse, neglect, unauthorised changes or force-majeure events.
5. Payments
Payment schedules are agreed in the project contract. All payments are in Indian Rupees, and GST at applicable rates will be added to invoices.
6. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Exalt Infrastructure is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
