1. Website Use

2. Quotations & Estimates

All quotations and cost estimates provided through this website or by our team are indicative and subject to:

• Detailed site assessment and measurement
• Final material selection and specifications
• Site conditions, access, and civil readiness
• GST and applicable taxes
• Valid for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise stated

3. Project Agreements

All project work is governed by a formal written agreement signed by both parties. The agreement specifies:

• Scope of work, materials, and specifications
• Project timeline and milestones
• Payment schedule and terms
• Warranty terms and conditions
• Force majeure and dispute resolution clauses

4. Warranty

We provide workmanship warranties as specified in individual project agreements. Typical warranty periods:

• Sports surfacing: 5–10 years depending on surface type
• Structural civil work: 10 years
• Interior finishes: 2–5 years
• Painting: 3–5 years

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, or force majeure events.

5. Payments

Our standard payment terms are:

• 30% advance on project commencement
• 40% on material delivery / mid-project milestone
• 30% on completion and handover

All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST at applicable rates will be added to all invoices.

6. Limitation of Liability

Exalt Infrastructure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific project contract.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
