Full-pour PU, sandwich system, and prefabricated surfaces — built for stadiums, universities, and sports complexes.
Three tiers engineered for different levels of play. All certified to international standards.
13mm EPDM + PU binder, most durable, competition-grade
Best shock absorption, sealed base + spray coat, club standard
Factory-rolled sheets, fastest install, budget-conscious
An IAAF-homologated track is a precision sandwich of polyurethane and rubber, engineered for force reduction, energy return, and all-weather performance.
2.5mm spray-applied PU with 1–3mm EPDM granules. The running surface. Tuned for friction (wet ≥0.5) and spike resistance. Available in red, blue, green, or custom mixes.
2mm PU structural coat binding 2–4mm SBR base mat. Provides vertical deformation (0.6–1.8mm) and force reduction (35–50%) per IAAF standards.
10mm factory-vulcanised SBR rubber mat. The primary shock absorption layer. Manufactured to precise thickness tolerance ±1mm for consistent performance.
40mm asphalt concrete (AC-14) over 150mm granular sub-base. Compacted to >95% Marshall density. Laser-levelled for surface regularity.
Prepared soil subgrade with geotextile separation. Cross-fall 1% for drainage. CBR ≥8% for structural stability under cyclic loading.

Full-pour PU: 13mm of polyurethane + EPDM rubber mix poured in one seamless layer. Most durable, best for heavy-use stadiums, IAAF Class 1, 15+ year life. Sandwich system: sealed base + spray-coated wear layer. Better shock absorption, more economical, IAAF Class 2, 10-12 year life. Full-pour is 30-40% more expensive but lasts longer.
A standard 400m 8-lane track: 6 to 10 weeks. This includes: earthworks, drainage, concrete kerb installation, base layer, synthetic surface application, line marking, and curing. Prefabricated rolls are fastest (4-6 weeks). Weather is critical — no rain during base and surface application.
Yes, we can widen existing tracks from 6 to 8 lanes, or add a second inner warm-up lane. This requires: kerb removal, base extension, surface matching, and full line marking. Most extensions take 2 to 3 weeks. We can also overlay existing worn surfaces without full reconstruction.
Full-pour PU system: ₹140–200 per sqft — IAAF-certified, poured in 2 layers for elite competition tracks. Sandwich system: ₹110–160 per sqft with prefabricated base and sprayed topcoat. Spray coat: ₹70–110 per sqft for budget tracks and school athletics. A standard 400m 8-lane track (approx. 7,500 sqm) ranges from ₹60 lakhs to ₹1.5+ crores depending on certification level and drainage.
Yes, all tracks include full lane marking per IAAF standards — 8 lanes, staggered start lines for 100m/200m/400m, exchange zones for relays, hurdle markings, and lane numbers. We use UV-resistant polyurethane paint that lasts 3-5 years before refresh needed.
Full-pour PU: 12 to 15 years with basic maintenance. Sandwich system: 8 to 12 years. Prefabricated: 10 to 15 years. Signs of wear: granule loss, hard spots, colour fading, and drainage issues. Annual inspection and deep cleaning extends life significantly. We offer maintenance contracts.
