America's fastest-growing sport is booming in India. We build dedicated and multi-use pickleball courts for clubs, communities and schools.
Three tiers engineered for different levels of play. All certified to international standards.
cushioned acrylic system, tournament-grade, optimal ball bounce and player comfort
Tennis court overlay with pickleball lines, dual-purpose facility optimization
Pickleball courts use cushioned acrylic systems similar to tennis but with different pace characteristics. Here's a USAPA-approved 6-layer build.
2 coats of 100% acrylic colour. UV-stable in blue, green, or custom. Provides the playing texture and embedded USAPA line markings.
2 coats of acrylic + silica sand (60–80 mesh). Tuned for USAPA pace rating — slightly slower than tennis for longer rallies and reduced joint stress.
2 coats of cushioned acrylic with SBR rubber (1–3mm). Force reduction 45–55%. The comfort layer that makes multi-hour play enjoyable.
1 coat of acrylic resurfacer over asphalt. Seals and levels the surface for uniform cushion application.
50mm DBM over 150mm WMM. Compacted to >95% density. Designed for outdoor weather exposure with 1% cross-fall for drainage.

A dedicated pickleball court (13.41m x 6.10m) ranges from 2.5 lakhs to 6+ lakhs depending on surface (acrylic vs synthetic turf), fencing, and lighting. Tennis court conversions for pickleball are more economical — add pickleball lines to an existing court for a fraction of the cost. Multi-court facilities benefit from volume pricing.
Yes, this is very common and cost-effective. A full tennis court can accommodate 4 pickleball courts. We add pickleball lines in contrasting colours, adjust net systems, and can add temporary or permanent pickleball nets. This maximises existing facility utilisation — popular with clubs and communities.
Cushioned acrylic hard court is the USAPA standard — consistent ball bounce, good player comfort, and all-weather durability. Synthetic turf is an alternative for softer play. The surface should have a medium pace (similar to tennis hard court) for optimal pickleball play. We recommend 3-5 layer cushioned acrylic.
Dedicated court: 2 to 3 weeks including base preparation, acrylic application, line marking, and curing. Tennis court conversion: 3 to 5 days for line marking and net installation. Indoor courts are faster as weather is not a factor.
Yes, we supply USAPA-compliant net post systems (portable or permanent), official nets, and boundary line tape for temporary setups. We can also recommend pickleball paddle and ball suppliers. Full facility packages include benches, storage, and wind screens.
Acrylic courts: sweep daily, wash weekly, inspect for cracks annually. Resurface every 5-7 years. Similar to tennis court maintenance but generally lighter wear as pickleball is less abrasive. We offer annual maintenance contracts for facility managers.
