Point-elastic PVC, premium hardwood, and modular systems — courts that give players the grip and comfort they need.
Three tiers engineered for different levels of play. All certified to international standards.
Point-elastic, anti-fatigue cushion, tournament-grade grip
Sprung wood system, traditional feel, premium clubs
Modular tiles, portable, multi-purpose halls
PVC vinyl and PU systems are engineered for rapid footwork, joint protection, and consistent shuttle bounce. Here's the layer stack for a BWF-approved court.
1.5mm pure PVC wear layer with embossed anti-slip texture. BWF-certified for slip resistance and footwork grip. UV-printed line markings embedded in the wear layer.
Fibreglass reinforcement mesh prevents dimensional change and seam gaping. Ensures the court stays flat across temperature and humidity variations.
5mm closed-cell PVC foam. Provides 55% force reduction and immediate energy return for rapid directional changes. The critical layer for joint protection.
3–5mm PU self-levelling compound over concrete. Fills imperfections and creates a perfectly flat surface. Prevents hollow spots and seam lifting.
Min 100mm concrete slab, moisture content <4% CM. Flatness tolerance ±2mm over 2m. Surface prepared by shot blasting for adhesion.

PVC vinyl is the modern standard — point-elastic cushioning protects knees and ankles during rapid footwork, consistent grip across humidity levels, and easier maintenance. Wood (maple/spruce) offers the traditional feel and is preferred by some purists but requires strict humidity control and is harder on joints. For Indian climates, we recommend 5-7mm PVC with foam backing.
PVC vinyl: 2 to 3 days per court including surface preparation and welding. Maple hardwood: 5 to 7 days including subfloor, laying, sanding, and sealing. PP interlocking tiles: 1 day — the fastest option. Full badminton hall with 4+ courts typically takes 1 to 2 weeks.
Yes — PVC courts can be marked for volleyball, pickleball, and indoor tennis (with portable nets). Maple floors naturally work for basketball and gymnastics. We can design multi-purpose halls with retractable net posts and multi-sport line markings.
PVC vinyl (BWF-approved): mid-range per sqft. Maple hardwood: premium per sqft. PP interlocking tiles: entry-level per sqft. A standard 13.4x6.1m court ranges from 1.5 lakhs to 6+ lakhs. Multi-court halls benefit from economies of scale.
Yes, we supply FIVB-compliant net post systems — floor-socket or free-standing, with official nets, antennae, and padding. We also provide referee stands, score displays, and court divider curtains for multi-court facilities.
PVC: daily dry mopping, weekly damp cleaning with neutral pH cleaner, quarterly polish. Avoid harsh chemicals and excess water. Maple: daily dust mopping, quarterly sport-specific cleaner, annual screen-and-recoat. Control humidity at 30-50% RH. We offer AMC packages for both surfaces.
